We provide monthly bookkeeping services and repair/catch up services.
If you have been doing your books yourself or are changing service providers, we can take over, get you current and keep you current. We call repair and catch up “project work”. After reviewing where you are we can provide an idea of what it will take to get you current, what we will need from you (statements, etc), and how much it will cost. We take half up front and half upon completion of the “project”.
We work with the client as a team to provide accurate, reliable financial reporting which can be used to run your business and file your taxes. Once you are current we decide together what you, the client will do and what you want us to do. We will train you to do the stuff you want to do. We are always happy to help you save money, even on our fees. Many of our clients cut checks and pay bills themselves. We come in behind them make sure it is all in the proper categories and reconcile the bank accounts.
Monthly bookkeeping can include payroll and sales tax filings.
We use the Quickbooks Online subscriptions. If you are new to QBO we train and can provide a discount if you sign up under our wholesale account
